Noble Trails is proud to accept registrations for our Inaugural Fishing Line Trail 5k Run / Walk. This event is our kick-off to the 2017 season.

The route of the 5k will begin at Gene Stratton Porter State Historic Site, and will follow the local roads to the Fishing Line Trail. After a wandering journey down the Fishing Line Trail itself, the route will turn back to the finish line at Gene Stratton Porter.
The race will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017. Registration opens at 7:00 am. The race begins at 8:00 am. Registration, the start, and finish line are at Gene Stratton Porter State Historic Site, 1205 Pleasant Point, Rome City.
Registration fees will benefit the continued development of the Fishing Line Trail between Rome City and Kendallville. Pre-registration is $15. Registration on site is $20. Hurry and register, as the first 100 registrants get a free T-shirt.
Awards for the race will be given to the overall male and female racers, and for the top three male and female finishers in each age category (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+).
